Steve Rubin was born and raised in Miami, FL. He served honorably for six years in the US Army before entering the construction industry. Steve worked for national builders before forming his own company as well as renovating many upscale hotels on Miami Beach and a 6 story condominium. He became a state licensed general contractor in 2010, specializing in custom luxury homes. Steve Rubin started Rubin Custom Homes a highly successful residential construction company, a company he sold in 2019. After remaining on as a consultant, Steve left Rubin Custom Homes and opened a brand new company called Steve Rubin Luxury Homes which serves Palm Beach. His focus is a hands on approach utilizing his many years of construction experience. Steve has built many homes ranging from 5,000-10,000 sq ft as well as overseeing hundreds of home renovations and additions. In his personal time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Alanna and their three children. They enjoy travel and the outdoors.
